As summer comes to an end, teachers of Bond Schools International are departing for China. To better prepare them for their journey, we held an orientation on August 16th.

The event began with a brief welcome speech by Annie Cao, the manager of Bond Schools International. She then conveyed greetings from Dr. Li, the president of Bond Education Group.

Next, an introduction of Bond Schools International and its affiliated schools in China were provided by Mr. Farber. The seven affiliated schools scatter over seven cities in China, including Nanjing, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Yinchuan, and Hengshui, with four of them offering Ontario licensed programs and getting inspected by Ontario Ministry of Education on a regular basis. He also mentioned that our graduates in 2018 have applied for renowned universities worldwide, and most of them received the offers they worked for.

Following that, our principals and lead teachers in China shared their experiences regarding to the students, the schools, the class room environment, the blended learning program, and, which cannot be forgotten, living in China. They had further discussions about teaching and living in each individual school and city in the group meetings after lunch. Traditional Chinese school lunch was served, to give our teachers a taste of China in advance.
